NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

 

The National Nutrition Council (NNC) has invited consultants for Negotiated Procurement for the Hiring of an Event Organizer due to second failure of bidding.

 

The bidding documents are available to the said consultants at the General Services Section upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) to the NNC Cashier.

 

Schedule of activities is as follows:
1. Issuance of Bid Documents - September 10, 2007
2. Pre-bid Conference - September 12, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.
3. Submission/Receipt/Opening of Bid - September 24, 2007 at

9:00 a.m

Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)-P4,500,000.00)

The NNC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to declare
the bidding a failure or waive any or all information or to award
such bids to the consultant whose bid is considered most advantageous to the government.
