Mission

        As a government -owned corporate collaborating Center, VSMMC commits to:

1. Provide efficient, effective, expedient, and ethical health services to patients of the Visayas Region regardless of religion, race, political affiliation, gender and social status through state of the art technologies and competent staff;
2. Serve as a training center for medical, allied medical and related hospital support services;
3. Conduct applicable, relevant, and significant research to improve health care delivery system;
4. Develop a sustainable and self-reliant environment for fiscal autonomy;
